We check and confirm each applicant’s identity documents and legal right to work in the UK in accordance with Home Office guidelines.
All applicants undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. Enhanced DBS checks are conducted where roles require work with vulnerable people or sensitive environments.
We request five years of employment history, including references from previous employers, to verify experience and reliability.
Every operative must hold a valid SIA licence relevant to their role. We validate each licence directly through the Security Industry Authority’s online database.
We assess each candidate’s attitude, communication skills, situational awareness, and suitability for the specific environments they may work in. For certain roles, we also conduct psychological or stress-response evaluations.
