  • SIA Licensed – Every frontline officer holds a valid licence from the Security Industry Authority, covering areas such as Door Supervision, Close Protection, CCTV Operation, and Security Guarding.
  • Conflict Management & Physical Intervention Trained – Ensuring calm, measured handling of difficult situations with a focus on de-escalation.
  • First Aid Certified – Many of our staff are trained in First Aid at Work, ensuring they’re prepared to respond swiftly to medical emergencies on-site.
